We are currently seeking a professional, dedicated individual to support one of our growing client’s AP/AR functions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy environment with individuals who take pride in their daily work.


The role of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk processes accounts payable and receivable documents, inputs accurate data entries, prepares reports, and ensures all accounts are properly verified and balanced. The AP/AR Clerk is also responsible for submitting timely, accurate information to the payroll provider while assisting with other accounting related activities.


This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work-related documents. The role is suitable for individuals who have a degree in business or an accounting related field with experience working in an AP/AR position. Strong administrative and organizational skills as well as proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50) and MS Office Suites will be highly sought after.


This opportunity is perfect for someone who can work Monday through Friday, on a part-time or full-time basis and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with diverse people and projects.
