ARGEN Canada is a leading digital manufacturing and technology center, offering digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment, and materials to dental labs.

Argen is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join their state-of-art Digital Center in Mississauga, ON. This position is the Concierge for customers, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and addressing requests and needs promptly through a variety of channels. Working onsite, typical daily responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer questions, concerns, complaints, and feedback,
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, procedures and timelines,
  • Collaborating to resolve issues,
  • Maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions,
  • Following up to ensure resolution,
  • Coordinating departments, carriers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods and inventory accuracy,
  • Performing administrative tasks for the sales and operational teams, and
  • Helping with shipping and receiving and other warehouse tasks.
