As a part of our service, we offer a Family Care program intended to assist grieving families with the paperwork and tasks which arise after the death of a loved one. Family Care program is our way of showing that our commitment to families does not end with the funeral service.
Due to an upcoming retirement, we need a Family Care Director.
Our Family Care Director steps in after the funeral service to assist families with a wide variety of tasks following their loved one’s death. These include:
As a Family Care Director, you provide guidance and support to our families with your knowledge of the requirements. To be successful, you will need at least 3 years of prior office experience (in a related field is ideal), excellent computer skills, and the empathy, calm demeanor and strong interpersonal skills to support families through challenging times.
In addition, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must to ensure all document submissions and filings are accurate and timely.
An ideal candidate will also have high standards of integrity and client care and a sensitive and compassionate personality with an ability to provide comfort to the families we serve.
