Have you been described as detail oriented with a knack for organization? Are you great with time-management and tackling projects? Our client, a local manufacturing company, is currently seeking a driven Project Administrator to join their team.

The Project Administrator ensures that all assigned projects are being run efficiently by completing and maintaining highly organized records and ensuring effective communication between the project coordination team and other company personnel. This role supports the project team members as well as interacts with the sales and production teams for information and to provide updates. The Project Administrator also:

  • Liaises with clients to identify and define project requirements, time frame and objectives
  • Monitors projects’ progress and handles any issues that arise
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation and reports including engineering matrices, order confirmations, sample requests, production orders, etc.

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Project Administrator role or similar experience
  • Post-secondary education in operations management or a related field is preferred
  • Good mathematic skills
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A team-player attitude!
