Argen Canada is currently seeking a driven, ambitious Sales Representative to support and grow their operations in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec and Maritimes). As a leading digital manufacturing and technology center in the dental industry, Argen Canada offers digital outsourcing, digital dental equipment as well as being an industry leader in selling materials.

About the Role

Based in Toronto, the Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth and account saturation of Argen products within the territory. The Sales Representative will:

  • Manage the territory from their home office with the autonomy to manage time, calls and meetings in a fashion which drives our business forward
  • Have the ability to adapt to any situation to build client relationships
  • Maintain effective two-way communication between the sales team and operations
  • Analyze the territory/market potential to determine the value of existing and prospective markets to the organization

Requirements

Seeking in a Candidate

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Be an experienced hunter and farmer who loves making the sale
  • Have a proven track record of success due to outstanding interpersonal skills and character
  • Solid understanding and comfortable with the use of computer software
  • Exceptional planning capability and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to any situation to build client relationships is a must for the Sales Representative position.
