Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic (Lakeshore) is an accredited full-service 'non-surgical' medical cosmetic center committed to unsurpassed dermatology-related patient care, leading-edge cosmetic treatments and discreet, safe, professional care delivered in a premier spa-like environment. Established in 2008, Lakeshore delivers skin care and vein treatment to medical patients and cosmetic clients by certified medical doctors, nursing staff, laser technicians, aestheticians and skin care product specialists.

The Practice Manager leads the mission to establish the clinic as the top non-surgical cosmetic medical clinic in Western Canada, nurturing a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability to create excellence in patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.

Reporting to the Medical Director and Business Director, your primary responsibilities will be:

• Effectively managing day-to-day operations at the clinic, incl. processes, systems & tools to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Leading a diverse team including scheduling, training, mentoring, and managing performance.
• Overseeing inventory of treatment-related supplies.
• Promoting empowerment, collaboration, open communication, and personal growth in a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Skillfully responding to changing demands and requirements in this fast-paced environment.
• Continuously monitoring health & safety regulations and ensuring compliance.

• Available to work full-time, onsite at the clinic (Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30).
