About the role:

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for receiving and processing payments, handling collections, and accurately managing information in customer account records. In addition to providing consistent outstanding customer service and care to all clients, this position is responsible for:

  • Updating and maintaining pricing information
  • Tracking and managing inventory and inventory records
  • Reviewing monthly AR aging reports and reconciling accounts accordingly
  • Professionally responding to incoming calls and emails
  • Assisting with shipping/receiving and pulling stock as required
  • Ensuring up to date and accurate information is maintained in Salesforce

Requirements

To excel in this role, the candidate will possess the following capabilities:

  • Previous experience working in a customer focused role
  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable and account reconciliation
  • Competent user of computers (MS Office-Excel a must)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual (French) will be highly sought after!
  • Team player attitude
