More about the position…

The User Support Technician will act as their customers’ point of contact for troubleshooting digital cases for dental manufacturing. You will also train customers in specific software and deliver product demonstrations. This role combines critical thinking and problem-solving ability with an exceptional client-focused attitude to resolve issues and provide quality service.


They are seeking a candidate with the following qualities:

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Advanced computer skills and patience with those who do not
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience in the dental industry
  • Self-motivated team player with a good attitude
  • Punctual, reliable and highly productive work ethic
  • Eager to learn!
